ACCO Brands is initiating a replacement programme of Rexel Promax Shredder Models REX823 and RSX1035.
We have become aware that some of the Promax Shredder Models REX823 and RSX1035 may fail during operation, possibly causing a risk of burns to consumers’ hands, arms or face, or fire to adjacent objects such as furniture.
Both models were sold between December 2016 and May 2019 through office product resellers.
If you own a Rexel Promax Shredder REX823 or RSX1035, discontinue use immediately and unplug the item.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause you and hope you will understand that consumer safety is our highest priority.

Once we receive and verify your product details, you will be sent an upgraded Rexel Momentum shredder.
