Your product has been verified and your confirmation number is

 1) Please disable the product by cutting through the power lead.  

2) Remove the shredder head from the bin and turn it over so the serial number is showing.

3) Take a single photo of the shredder with the serial number and cut power lead visible (see example).

 
 
 

4) Attach the photo to an email and send the email to RexelPromaxReplacement@Stericycle.com. 

5) Please include your confirmation number () in the subject line of the email.

Once we have received photographic evidence that you have disabled your impacted product we will ship you a replacement shredder.  

Please allow 4 weeks from the time you email your photo to receive your replacement (For UK & Ireland please allow 7 days).
